• Job Details:Responsible for the entire operation and administration management of security all over Eid Labib Group. Responsible in the conduct of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling of the day to-day operation and activities of the security sector as following: - Carry out all activities directly related to the security sector including administrative control over the recruitment, selection, replacement, termination of security personnel. - Report and recommend strategies in improving systems and procedures that will be beneficial and productive in carrying out security operation. - Investigate, evaluate, coordinate and promptly addresses work for security sector. - Development of Security Policies plans and Procedures for companies in the group. - Manage security team activities through assigning tasks for security managers for Retail, Wholesale and Factory. - Administer and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure optimum compliance of quality security operation. - Implement comprehensive security awareness programs and emergency procedures and their communication to employees. - Investigate, inspect and survey accidents and incidents occurring on daily bases to determine cause of the accident and recommends measures to avoid the recurrence. - Liaise with regulatory bodies in Civil Defense regarding any security and related issues and ensure compliance to all regulations and government requirements. - Establish and maintain the implementation of emergency policies, emergency response procedures and Coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities for all companies in the group. - Contribute to team planning and development including developing staff capabilities, Communications & Working Relationships.

• Job Details:Extensive involvement managing client relationship at all levels. Managed team of 742 Security personnel that manage the security function for the Company, ensuring that personnel, assets, material and information within the company are protected in accordance with established guidelines and standards as following: - Setting annual budget. - Setting security manual for all corporate Assets, Admin. Buildings and branches. - Setting department objective to be aligned with the corporate objectives. - Setting and updating security policies and procedures - Developing staff skills regarding security, administrative skills and time management. - Monitoring security all over corporate activities and taking needed action. - Team management members (742) activities through planning and assigning tasks and activities schedules and ensuring that each team member is clear on their accountabilities in line with security policies, procedures and standards. - Development of corporate security policies plans and procedures, providing recommendations for improvement to ensure they are aligned with overall corporate objectives, policies and procedures. - Establish and maintain the implementation of emergency policies and procedures for all corporate members and customer and ensure they meet with established corporate standards and coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities, such as ordering buildings evacuations and implementing special needs plans ensuring the effective and implementation of the emergency management program according to Contingency Plan. - Contribute to team planning and development including recruiting and developing staff capabilities to ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and capabilities to achieve the division’s objectives. - In order to ensure that the team has the skills and caliber enabling the unit to maximize its performance through providing a staff training plan and included all section heads, security supervisors and camera controllers for the basic course of training on security tasks. (Including: Basic on security facilities, investigations, Firefighting & evacuation, first aid, Observation & estimating distance and Public relations). - Leading a Management team of 8 district managers. - Managing Security function in 76 stores all over Egypt.
