Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software. • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. • Configuring the systems and updating them with latest software upgrades and security measures. • Allocating responsibility to system security personnel. • Confer with analysts in the company and request new systems whenever necessary • In case of system failure, inform users and customers and take measure to solve problem at earliest • On-call work may be required, particularly where computing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.
