Data Network Consultant Full Time

• Job Details:- Specify the appropriate data network solution(s) to fulfill network expansions and growth requirements, Plan and engineer Data Network projects including Orange Egypt cloud computing project and keeping track of the day-to-day changes. o Renovate Head Quarter Data Center switches from Cisco Cat6500 to Cisco Nexus switches”N56128P,N5696Q,N2K & N77K” o Plan, design and implement all data network solutions in all Orange Egypt sites, and data centers and connections with other suppliers and vendors. o Ensure end-to-end IP connectivity for any current or new Orange Egypt sites. o Manage the planning and implementation of all data network projects. o Design the proper data network solutions to support all Orange solutions and requirements o Data Network maintenance (EOL, EOS, IOS upgrades) o Serve Data Network expansion objectives o Prepare data network of all Orange Egypt new sites with proper, latest technology design, including data network devices (routers, switches, firewalls , load balancers, and etc...), cabling infrastructure, machine rooms preparations o Design and implement new data centers network infrastructure (data network and cabling) o Design routing or switching changes in Orange Egypt data centers o Design and apply quality of service techniques on the network to ensure that voice and data traffic is properly delivered. o Plan for any down time action to ensure minimum or no impact on business continuity. o Check the latest technologies and choose best solutions among different options. o Prepare high-levels and low-level design sheets of new projects and big tasks. o Interface with projects stakeholders o Assist in achieving Operational KPIs; by performing the appropriate design (design targets in terms of quality and availability, redundancy, protection, security, etc...) and by collaboratively working with O&M teams during operational incidents whenever needed.

Advanced Services - Network Consultant EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Network resident consultant at Ministry of Education-Kuwait. o Managing operation and upgrade of Customer Network (Core, Aggregation and Access Switches) o Monitoring and Managing Network day-to-day operation. o Managing operation, OS upgrade and Data Base backup of Cisco Prime Infrastructure Monitoring & management System and Appliance. o Responsible for contacting Cisco TAC and logistics team or any other required team to fulfill the customer agreed SLA. o Technical Knowledge transfer to the customer technical team and Cisco partner’s technical NOC. o Configure all required network devices with appropriate configuration to ensure optimized network performance. o Document all necessary network diagrams, configuration and data for further use and ensure accuracy of existing network LLD, HLD, NIP, NRFU. o Handle different operation tasks including outage windows, upgrade plans and rollback plans. o Handle any technical complains from the customer and solve it using my own experience or with Cisco TAC or any other Cisco required team. o Provide technical consultation for the customer in all Internet service Provider related issues. o Lead the partner technical team for related technical tasks. o Contribute in planning for new services, network optimization, new configuration and required network implementations.

Enterprise Fixed Provisioning and Activation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- To provide, configure, implement and troubleshooting different solutions for enterprise customers (SHDSL): o Configure Provider Edge routers (Cisco 7200, Cisco 7600 and Cisco ASR1K) for MPLS-VPN connectivity. o Provide Internet connectivity using BGP or static routing o Implement MPLS virtual private network L3, including CE-PE routing protocol ( RIP,OSPF,BGP,EIGRP and Static ) o Implement MPLS virtual private network L2 o Install and activate customer connections using Local Loops, fiber connection, 3G connections. o Install connections for Global data service Customers Configuration (Network and Customer side). o Configuring CPEs “cisco routers, Juniper, Huawei and small-business CPEs”. o Configuring Customers’ LAN switches (Cisco 6500,4500E,3560 and 2950) to ensure connectivity for LAN devices. o Handle trouble tickets with different vendors concerning any problems in CPEs and help customers in advanced troubleshooting process. o Handling installation of Local Loops on DSLAMs “Alcatel and Huawei “. o Upgrading and support customers’ routers and switches Operating Systems. - Handling complaints from customers regarding H/W and S/W problems. - Handling communication between my team and other teams. - Develop new solutions to meet customer’s requirements. - Implement and troubleshooting network quality of service for Enterprise premium customers to satisfy the agreed SLA. - Monitor network traffic, usage and link capacity to ensure optimal network performance for the CE-PE connectivity. - Coordinating and delivering CISCO and network training for technical enterprise team “CCNP-RS and CCNP-SP” and “Basics of CCNA” for non-technical project management team.
