• Job Details: Projects done during my work as project engineer at ANCO 1 Improve and increase the outlets of STC 2012-2016 Description : The project was to establishment of 24 outlets for STC in different cities such as ( Al-Shifa in Riyadh, Governorate of Majmaa , Governorate of Zulfi , Governorate of Sager , Governorate of Ramah , Al Jalawiya neighborhood in Dammam , Ras Tanura , Al Qatif , Al-Rass at Al-Qassim , A-Miznib in al-Qassim , Awali in Medina, Yanbu Industrial , Omleg at Tabok , Tabarghal in Al Jouf , Al Bekeria at Al-Qassim , Riyadh Al Khobra in Qassim , AlArtawiya , Yanbu Al bahar , Al-Fawaz neighborhood in Jeddah , Al-Badayia at Al-Qassim , North of Jeddah , Samer neighborhood , Dumat al-Jandal in Al Jouf , Al Salhiya at Arar). In addition to supplying and installing furniture outlets for nearly 80 locations in my project as a major contractor and subcontractor for competing contractor  Work Responsibilities:  Full design of STC outlets includes: o Design of (floors, walls, gypsum board, tiles, A.C., electric, furniture and etc.,).  Quantity surveying for all Items  Reviewing of structural design and drawings.  Supervision of all civil works &finishing activities  Preparing the monthly client invoices  The variation orders  Preparing contracts and invoices for subcontracts  Preparing the materials submittal  Monitoring staff & team performance.  Developed new analytics tool to allow senior management to understand the impact of each project.  Built strong community relations with subcontractors and vendors to optimize cost savings and ensure timely pre-construction completion.  Developed slideshows and other forms of media to present project progress to the executive team.  Generated reports detailing project information and predictions.  Aided senior leadership during executive decision-making process by delivering weekly compliance reports to identify process improvement or corrective action.  Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors. Influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Take corrective action (if required).  Manage Project teams and delegate tasks
