• Job Details: Responsible for international purchase orders (USA, Holland, Thailand)  Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment.  Ensure timely and accurate bills for all the current product lines,ensuring accurate cost of goods sold.  Ensure target Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.  Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments  Monitor supply chain relevant reports such as daily stocks, production capacity, weekly production plan, inventory target  Monitor and optimize inventory level across the supply chain to achieve business financial targets.  Improving all aspects of Supplier performance year over year.  Responsible for assessing workloads, training need assessments, coaching and performance evaluations for the supply chain staff.

Supply Chain CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details: Supplier selection and verification to include supplier visits, vetting and inclusion on supply chain database  Organize and facilitate supplier approval process through accumulating supplier and product specific information needed or launch new products such as specifications, certifications, or compliance documents.  Compare and evaluate quotes from suppliers.  Provide support and process improvement for all domestic logistics documentation activities  Run and prepare Supplier and Customer Scorecard reports which may include purchase history and complaint graphs for review
