Plumbing & Firefighting Senior EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Preparing Projects Schedules. • Assign an appropriate team of engineers for each project. • Assign tasks to the engineers and draftsmen working on the project based on a pre-determined schedule with the client. • Follow up on all tasks with employees to achieve the best efficiency in the least time. • Designing Firefighting, Drainage and Hot & Cold Domestic water networks. • Hydraulic calculations of firefighting systems according to NFPA & ELITE software. • Hydraulic calculations of plumbing systems according to Egyptian code, International Pluming Code & Uniform Plumbing code. • Design of left stations, Infrastructure (Sewerage, Water, Irrigation & firefighting networks), Manhole list, Holding tanks, Water tanks, Fountains, pump rooms and swimming pools. • Shop drawing of plumbing & firefighting systems. • Coordination drawings of mechanical trades systems and solving problems. • Manage, inspect execution of all MEP systems which is fulfillment by contractor. • Review design package "design drawings, bill of quantity and specifications". • Tender drawings for all mechanical systems. • Review and approve drawings (shop drawings, details drawings and sections drawings). • Review and approve project system and equipment (material submittals) and samples. • Provide and update client with the best solutions technicality and financial.

Planning and Management EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Managing all matters related to project contracts, consisting of the following: - Responsible for meeting clients and explaining all matters related to the company which is company profile, list of projects, ongoing projects, past and current clients, all service-related certificates (tax certificates, banks, and work-related declarations), our scope of work, and our expertise on work. - Responsible for discussing all matters related to the client’s project and clarifying all work steps in case the project is assigned to us, receiving all plans and documents related to the project for study, visiting the site and uploading the existing works, if any. - Preparing all documents and offers necessary to enter bids for various projects. - Prepare a suitable technical offer according to the client's requirements. - Prepare an appropriate commercial offer and negotiate prices with customers. - Follow up the status of offers with customers. - Preparing Contracts, working orders and variation orders. - Preparing all KOMs and all Projects Schedules. - Responsible for all communications between clients and the project team. - Assign an appropriate team of engineers for each project. - Assign tasks to the engineers and draftsmen working on the project based on a pre-determined schedule with the client. - Follow up on all tasks with employees to achieve the best efficiency in the least time.
