• Job Details:* Plan, controlled and organized the planned preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance on all of the plant and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety. * Responsible for major installation and maintenance of Boilers with its feed systems and accessories, by leading a team of engineers and Technicians assigned to the task. * Follow up and analyze the downtimes and solve them quickly. * Participate in preparing annual Mechanical maintenance plans to make the best use of resources. * Organize and control an efficient mechanical engineering workshop including the management of Technicians and Graded Workers. * Scheduling the work on a daily basis for the mechanical technicians.

Senior Mechanical Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:* Complete all maintenance activities in line with OEM and API standards. * Perform pre-arrival checks for jetty equipment to be ready for ship tankers breathing and dispatching of natural gas liquids. * Prepare overhaul reports with deep details for top management. * Work closely with planning and scheduling to ensure all needed resources are available for job execution and schedule expectations are met to complete the job safely & on time. * Receive and check the replenished spare parts and ensure to meet their specifications. * Detailed scheduling, execution, and supervision of rotating/static equipment maintenance according to a maintenance plan, work orders, resource availability, and priorities to ensure plant equipment reliability and availability. * Ensure all needed tools, equipment, and parts are readily available for scheduled jobs to achieve smooth and productive tool time. * Meets with maintenance technicians on a regularly scheduled basis to review assignments, perform toolbox talks, provide guidance, and provide pro-active resolutions. * Supervise Preventive/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PDM), performing maintenance/ troubleshooting activities to keep rotating and static equipment with high reliability & availability.

Rotating Equipment EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:● Follow-up process of purification and compression of natural gas and operate the compressors and support for decision making to the operations team and maintenance team for equipment. ● Specialized in WAUKESHA GAS ENGINES AND RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS. ● Have good knowledge of All Rotating Equipment specially rotary equipment from GE and air compressors and specialized in the related maintenance and operation. ● Carry out troubleshooting of chronic failures and give repair and test procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met. ● Have good knowledge of pumps of all kinds with knowledge of mechanical seals, piping systems and other pump related equipment and familiar with the alignment of complex pumping packages. ● Apply general maintenance (PM ,PDM & CM). ● Overhaul all types of diesel,gasoline and gas engines in the planet. ● Gather data throughout the day and make sure there are no abnormal transactions ● Work in installation and commissioning of GE oil and gas equipment.
