• Job Details:Responsible for the entire operation for commercial retail (BTTC) manage a portfolio of retail project (BTTC & BFP), contribute to the delivery of business objectives & manage the delivery of operational commercial retail services ensuring the following to be properly fulfilled: • Identify growth opportunities & continually develop, monitor, analyze& report commercial retail performance. • Develop and implement the commercial retail operation for the existing 3BTTC + implement the plan for 5 new BFP (Bridgestone fleet point). • Manage cross business issues including supply, marketing, pricing & portfolio. • Manage the sales & site operations ensuring overall aspired profitability. Achieve the aspired volume, market share & profit objectives. Manage the retail asset base. • Develop and implement the commercial retail marketing program, within the context of company commercial retailing vision. • Develop and implement the commercial retail operation manual to be applied in all service points. (As well as franchise concept - BFP). • Scan external business environment, identify business & legal risk and way of mitigation. • Analyze internal business processes, identify gaps and set solution to ensure seamless flow of activities for future sustainability. • Leverage Retail front liner knowledge to be ready for implementation and roll out/go live. • Take on board all the streamlining activities.
