• Job Details: Prepare baseline schedule and the Progress Measurement System considering Project complexity, areas of risks, policy duration, in compliance with the WBS, the internal standards and the Contract’s requirements.  Participate in the meetings with the consortium partners regarding the baseline preparation and schedule update.  Prepare and issue progress reports for senior management in daily, weekly & monthly basis to highlight the project progress status.  Prepare budget histograms, tables, S‐curves, resources logs as reference baselines for the control during the various project execution phases.  Interface with different departments and consortium partners to ensure alignment of construction.  Lead the planning team on site.  Train and develop junior engineers on different project management knowledge areas.  Attend daily and/or weekly progress meeting with project site staff, owner and/or consultant to review progress status and discuss problems if any.  Review and approve contractors’ schedule submissions to ensure alignment with overall project schedule.  Prepare extension of time claims (if any).  Ensures that the projectʹs planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to those functionally responsible for executing the work.  Revise promptly the Control Baselines with all agreed Changes.  Maintain updated all Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared with the scheduled baselines.  Maintaining records for all significant contractual events (disruptions, variations, extension of time) and evaluate the accurate impact on the contractual planning and the overall budget.  Monitor site obstructions and problems, and coordinating with the different department for problem solving.
