• Job Details:1. Ensuring the integrity of the Finance Function in the Organization. 2. Direct the Accounting, Costing and Controlling Teams. 3. Sales controlling and providing reasonable and approved volume forecasts, cost and Inventory analysis. 4. Forecasting Activity (Top Line, GM, EBIT, BS) in Full Responsibility. 5. Provide support for Business Partners including business analysis and forecasting. 6. Responsibility for Pricing Policy. 7. Local CAPEX spending overview & follow up 8. Control point (check vs OPEX/CAPEX vs BUD/FCs) 9. Drive and Maintain the Cost control process & Culture and to Report the Variance analysis ACT, BUD, FCs. 10. Gross Margin analysis 11. Cash Flow forecasts and actual analysis and reporting to HQ 12. Managing local/IFRS monthly & yearly closing 13. Manage the Relationships with Banks, and other Financial institutions 14. Monthly ADM-reporting with monthly comments CUNDs 15. Prepare and upload Budget & 5YPlan to ADM (SAP) 16. Profitability optimization project (ADDICT Savings) 17. Act like the Compliance Manager for the site. 18. Conduct the budget reviews. 19. Follow up on Material Losses Project. 20. “Board Meetings” Focal Point.
