• Job Details:As Deputy GM, I oversee the day-to-day operations, which can include negotiating contracts with vendors and/or customers, assigning tasks, leading meetings, and implementing initiatives handed down by the general manager, analyze and implement policies and procedures, oversee short- and long-term business plans and initiatives. AS CFO, I am responsible for rebuilding and restructuring the financial department, managing the financial actions of a company. Tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions, financial forecasting, and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. As part of an executive management team, I am also responsible for providing leadership, direction, and management for the employees, providing strategic recommendations to the company executive management team.
