Contract management: managing all the contracts for the maintenance contractors and vendors. applying health & safety within my area (O&M works, and Construction projects. Periodical evaluation of maintenance budget line items & reporting to department manager. Perform periodical audits to assess all the systems, equipment condition at buildings supervising maintenance contractors to obtain agreed results. Responsible of E&M activities on site (Deliveries, Installation & quality control of all systems), & Coordinating with other trades. Maintaining and enhancing the look and feel. Buildings budget management. Monitoring and control all departments budget quality assurance and control

• Job Details:Responsible for all the capital projects MEP works including the new HQ at the new capital. Follow up and review MEP design for the new retail branches. Contract management: managing all the contracts for the maintenance contractors and vendors. Department budget management. Supervision of O&M activities carried out by the maintenance contractor, Ensuring continuity of business for to E/M and equipment and civil (UPS, Generators , CCUs , AHU ,Chillers ...etc). Supervising & ensuring that emergency plan is in effect & implemented in case of emergencies (power, fire scenarios & A/C). applying health & safety, practiced and executed in case of emergencies (fire, natural disaster, etc.). Periodical evaluation of maintenance budget line items & reporting to department manager. Perform periodical audits to assess all the systems, equipment condition at buildings supervising maintenance contractors to obtain agreed results. Responsible of E&M activities on site (Deliveries, Installation & quality control of all systems), & Coordinating with other trades. Maintaining the look and feel for the bank.
