Ensured audit work papers complied with professional standards. • Ensuring that transactions of the company have been properly accounted for and accurately reflect the company's accounting process, • Manage Fixed Assets, Balance sheet accounts and banks reconciliations • Monthly expense variance analysis • prepare reports to the payroll and legal affairs employee regarding all debts the employee have and communicate with the legal affairs employee to inform him with the end of employee's installments. • Prepare the needed entries regarding all deducted amounts from the employee's salary. • Review and ensure from the branches and head office budgets expenditures (continues budget) to be able to prepare the needed entries on the oracle application.
