• Job Details:Prepare and analyze TB balances. Review and prepare monthly reconciliation. Review the entries prepared by the accountants in order to post it in GP. Review payment vouchers for local and foreign suppliers. - Supervise Preparation of bank payment vouchers & cheques –transfers, opening L/C applications and check the L/C conditions with foreign suppliers. - Prepare the monthly closing. - Any other financial reports such as loans, shareholders accounts, creditors and debtors. Prepare the aged creditors and debtors in order to prepare the cash flow. Sharing in preparation required documents for VAT tax refund for export sales -Prepare due diligence requirements and VDD audit -Agreed and confirm intercompany balances each month. -Prepare and discuss external auditor requests. -Co-operate with holding company requirements. -Review and prepare all requirements for custom Authority Audit and Tax Authority audit (income tax, VAT tax, withholding tax) -Cooperate in preparing yearly budget by preparing forecast payments and other requirement in order to finalize it. -Prepare the balance sheet for Haidylena Medical (Sister company in the group)
