• Job Details:•Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications on SCCM server & creating dynamic collections, windows patching, application deployment and reporting on SCCM. •Maintaining O365 environment to include Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, Microsoft VIVA, SharePoint online and OneDrive. •Administrating Office 365 (Knowledge of managing mailbox, permission, access, email group, Connectors records, DKIM). •Provide training and instruction to staff on the best use of office 365 Package. •Administrating Microsoft Teams & Planning and configuring teams groups settings. •Outlook configuration, troubleshooting OST, PST, profile creation and OWA. •Administrating the AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Domain controllers & File Servers. •Maintaining Active Directory Data with cooperation with HR team. • C onfiguring and troubleshooting RAID. •Managing and administrating Veeam backup & Replication (create backup jobs, ensure backup, troubleshoot). •Hands on experience with Manage engine service desk Ticketing system & Solving users’ issues within SLA. •Quality resolved tickets monitoring, following up with users to make sure that adhere to agreed SLA & ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. •Providing all aspects of technical support within the constraints of the technical processes, thereby ensuring stability and maximal availability of these infrastructure components to the property. •Assisting with the documentation of all system processes and procedures to ensure standardization and best practices.

• Job Details:• Administrate Microsoft AD domain environment & Controlling end user accounts, permissions and access rights. • Design, configures, installs, tests and maintains network and server hardware and software for the company while providing detailed documentation on procedures. • Assist in launching & project management for CRM Sales Force and Cisco Call Center with Quadra Tech for Mahgoub Corporation. • Install new rack with new switches and patch panels. • Manage Ticketing System- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests & follow up to ensure issue has been resolved. • Ensure that the Backup tools are active and available for critical network Servers-Record events, problems and their resolution in logs. • Enhance & maintain the network infrastructure to ensure that it meets business requirements. • Responsible on the IT stock in terms of purchasing and monitoring. • Manage Cisco unified communication manager for Call Center & First line support for Cisco Japper and IP Phones. • Install and manage CCTV Systems.
