• Job Details:Key Responsibilities: ● Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborating with stakeholders to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands. ● Backlog Management: Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining a detailed product backlog that reflects business priorities and user needs, while balancing technical feasibility. ● Requirements Gathering: Translating high-level business ideas into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team effectively. ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure the product meets their needs and expectations. ● Sprint Planning & Execution: Working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality. ● Market Analysis: Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. ● Performance Tracking: Measuring product performance using KPIs and analytics, leveraging insights to drive iterative enhancements. ● Team Alignment: Facilitating communication between business teams, developers, designers, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project execution. ● Account Management: My primary responsibility is to nurture customer relationships, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction with software solutions.
