    • Job Details:• Ensure the creation of employees’ personal service files to include all hiring documents and ensures its completion; observing a high level of confidentiality on its information. • On ongoing basis ensure updating employees’ files with all related information and supporting documents (e.g. Performance appraisal forms, educational certificates and other credentials, annual salary increase/adjustment information, military service status ...etc.). • Follows up the completion of the hiring processes. • Advising the Benefits & Compensation Unit (i.e. Payroll) with data concerning the newly hired/fired employees. • Feeding the HRIS Human Resources Information System (Oracle HR Module) with all data concerning manpower/headcount transactions (Hires, fires, transfers, promotions… etc). • Follows up the preparation of Employment contracts for the newly hired employees, as well as the renewal of the employment contracts according to the established company procedures. • Prepares and follows- up the “Performance Evaluation Forms” on probation Period and arranges for taking the required and appropriate action according to the approved recommendations and established laws and company policies and procedures. • Prepares, follows-up and collects Appraisal Forms for all depts. and feeding the rates to the Personnel System, and ensure it On-Line completion. • Feed the HRIS with the all types of the vacation for all employees (Annual, Casual, Sick, Maternity...etc.) • Follows-up the completion of the Exit Interview forms for periodical review and analysis to report its findings to the Management. • Review Employees Military Service Status ensuring the availability and validity of the military service certificates according to established laws. • Prepares and completes all formalities related to Social Insurance to be forwarded to the concerned social insurance offices according to labor law provisions and follows-up its delivery avoiding any problems that may arise and/or fines that could be inflected on the company. • Prepares and updates Social Insurance Forms and files compressing all related forms and information • Participated in the introduction and implementation of a new On-Line Oracle Performance Appraisal Management System. • Conducts exit interviews with resigning staff and prepare turnover reports for management. • Related to all company employees (e.g. form-1, Form-2 and form-6). • Responsible for Announcement / inform all employees of administrative decisions after their adoption • Implementation of the approved quality Special Administrative Affairs plans. • Examine complaints received about the company in conjunction with all departments and divisions concerned. • The application of policies and procedures that promote public relations Company’s reputation at home and abroad. • Control over the use and maintenance of equipment and means of transportation, communication and other administrative services. • Fully accountable for the campaign of car maintenance and dealing with the traffic and everything points to this matter. • Fully responsible for the security and the preservation of the company's contents from theft and the right to issue instructions and decisions that enable him to do so. • Fully responsible for processing and rehabilitation of buildings services, and to take the necessary preventive and remedial action to maintain these buildings. • Verify that all administrative instructions are already in place and sanctions for violators. • It is responsible for the distribution and processing of the premises of the new employees in cooperation with other departments. • Supervising the work of all of the terms of agriculture, hygiene and directing orders in this regard. • Follow-up to secure the means for all employees in the company's transfer. • Follow-up and secure means of transport for all tasks for all departments during and outside official working times. • Supervision and see the implementation of all contracts for the company to rent private buildings
