• Develops strong presentations and early design studies. Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings and builds models for client/project team review. • Directs (DC1, DC2) drawings for municipality approvals from small projects to mega projects, design development and construction documents. • Working on various projects from small projects to mega projects (villas, palaces, residential buildings, commercial buildings, mixed use , towers, schools, hospitals). • Attends on-site visits and client meetings to verify design requirements and delivers design progress reviews. • Excellent experience in interior design for variety of projects starting from conceptual design, choosing materials, specifications, construction stage, & super vision at site.
