• Job Details:Handling team requirements and inquiries and prepare the suitable team work environment. Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance. Handling the most complex customer complaints or inquiries. Analyze the individual performance of each team member and motivate them to perform even better. Organize training workshops to improve the performance of team members. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and send them to the supervisor. Co-operating with the other teams to reach our desired target
