• Job Details:Strategic HR Partnership - the individual must be capable of working in full partnership with the plant director, the site lead team and is the leader of the People Centre sharing ownership for the development and execution of organizational strategies across the site. Ensures that Plant Leadership have counsel, support, resources, tools and the teams to deliver breakthrough results. • Ability to lead and develop the current and future leaders of the site. Demonstrate strategic understanding of the business, the ability to translate that understanding into organization strategy, supporting the business plans. • Is sufficiently proficient in Employee and Labor relations, to deliver a work environment that enables optimal productivity and encourages high levels of commitment. Presides workers council. • Provides support for the professional aspirations and work-related needs of the employees. Ensures that the businesses have the right number and mix of people (with the right knowledge and skills, available in the right place, time, and in the roles needed) to deliver breakthrough results. Within this context, the Senior HR Manager is required to lead and advocate bold, innovative solutions to people and organizational issues/opportunities and to execute • Lead the site in areas of R&R, Policy, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Relocation & Expatriate Services, Comp & Ben and related HR processes. • Leads the Talent Supply, Talent Development, Diversity and Cultural competence programs Backbone of the company's operational efficiency and future expectations that affects financial planning and drives bottom line results
