• Job Details:• Monitor the performance of subcontracts, checking and agreeing on the accuracy of monthly payment applications during the work life of the subcontract and at the completion of the work. • Tracking project costs throughout the lifecycle, including procurement, construction, and post-construction phases, and identify any deviations from the budget. • Preparing invoices for both the owner and the Subcontractors. • Preparing regular cost reports, forecasts, and project financial statements to provide accurate and timely information to management and stakeholders. • Preparing Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to provide accurate progress of the project. • Formulate change orders to existing subcontracts for changes in scope and/or pricing. • Reviewing any claims as may be raised by subcontractors. • Preparing change orders to the prime contract between the company and the client.

QS, Estimation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:My Job was to do the next : • Preparing B.O.Q of the architecture and structure Works for the owner and Contractors. • Approximate Q.S. for needed materials for all work. • Preparing invoices for each project for both the owner and the Subcontractors. • Reviewing the architecture and structure Tender Drawings to make sure that there are no conflicts. • Prepares Structural Details required for the execution of Works
