• Job Details:-To develop, manage and support the IT infrastructure connecting remote offices, users and home based staff to business systems or IT services, providing hands-on technical expertise when required. -To manage the network perimeter and IT infrastructure to ensure that the environment is securely protected and patched, ensuring that a security policy is documented and updated, and that regular reviews are undertaken to identify security risks. -To manage partnerships with external suppliers for IT infrastructure services including, support services, change management, consultation services and the production and distribution of regular reports against KPI’s and costs -To monitor the performance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring that it is optimized and that future capacity planning in undertaken -To maintain comprehensive records and documentation for the configuration of the IT infrastructure. -To maintain and implement effective IT infrastructure policies, standards, procedures and guidelines. - To research and recommend changes to the IT infrastructure architecture, ensuring that all new and enhanced facilities are effectively project managed and thoroughly tested, before being implemented in the production environment -To manage the strategic development of the IT infrastructure, and provide the technical input to strategic application systems and any development or transformation projects. - To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.

Business Development ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Infrastructure and Commvault. Backup and Recovery software -Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for our organization -Find potential new customers, present to them, convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. Lead the technical team in all Design and implantation steps -Also, help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. They call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs

Infrastructure Team leaderFull Time

• Job Details:Mange maintain the system infrastructure for (AD –file server _DFS –DNS-DHCP-WDS, mail server.) for the all the group branches (over 20 branches) in different location (Egypt –KSA-IRAN-India) Responsible for Network infrastructure (Router-switches -IP cam) -Administrator on firewall (Fortinet) -Manage technical support process -Administrator for virtualized environment (VSphere - Hyper-V) -Implement and administrate the antivirus’s servers (Kaspersky –Bitdefender) -implement and manage (Microsoft System center 2012) - Technical lead for all (Microsoft) &Network; projects
