• Job Details:• Responsible for planning and monitoring the Bank's operations capital investment expenditures • Prepare appropriate justifications and analyze the estimated spend for Pay Back, NPV and IRR • Perform ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling. Present recommendations to Top management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives • Provide the Parent Company with the relevant reporting and analysis • Investigate results and recommend actions to management to improve operational performance • Responsible for the Capital expenditure and operational expenditure models in terms of actual, budget, forecast figures • Evaluating project requirements to provide vital resources including financial and human resource and researching to find opportunities to reduce expenses • Evaluate periodically forecasts in relation to budget targets and define corrective actions. • Providing comprehensive and objective interpretation of financial data. • Analyze past financial results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, plus identification of variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period. • Develops financial models, automated reporting, conduct benchmarking and process analysis and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data • Analyze data to facilitate understanding of drivers and identification of opportunities. • Analyze profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports and recommendations to management. • Build and analyze long term forecasting scenarios • Anticipate actions and provide value add input to Business Partners and organization at large. • Forecasting gain/loss related to the disposal of the company’s assets
