Job Details:Supervise and control HSE activities to ensure compliance with external HSE regulations, standards, internal environmental policies and management systems. Join and keep good cooperate with the HSE professionals team to ensure effective implementation of HSE strategy within established budgets with all relevant regulations, law and standards Undertake risk management and hazard reduction procedures to anticipate and prevent site safety problem. Investigate HSE incidents; prepare reports and recommendations overall HSE performance to identify root causes and counter measures. Handle for Accident investigation and report completely done on time Recommend change to technology, equipment; systems, or process should be improved on HSE responsibilities. Liaise and coordinate with contractors to ensure appropriate safety plans are in place and being adhered to. Conduct daily safety audits on site and producing the monthly safety report. Designs, develops and conducts safety and environmental training programs according to the safety law requirements. Proceeding of any safety activities such as HSE news, HSE training, Safety Talk, Safety monthly meeting and etc. To coordinate with government for related safety issue to comply with safety law
