• Job Details:- carrying responsibility for the performance of the asset care processes and equipment maintenance in terms of asset availability, performance & output quality. - supporting technicians and optimizers to achieve world class asset performance through equipment expertise and application of world class asset care processes. - Handling and owning deviations closure , change managements and CAPAs - Handling and owning equipment qualifications protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ ) - Leading and managing all electrical issues and projects in addition to support and advise for all technicians , also handling spare parts , PM ,B.D and RCA. - Support in maintaining compliance within licenses to operate ( cGMP, SHE, business as in SOX, FCF, ABAC and EI controls within PET) - Lean problem solving methods certified (six sigma , PPS and level zero ) - Responsible for ensuring asset contribution to OEE (availability, performance & quality) is delivered through world class asset care processes and appropriate asset care strategy - Schedule and deliver preventative, reactive and predictive production maintenance using SAP maintenance manager - Resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues that result in non-standard operation, in collaboration with operating team - TPM group leader and champion - Energy and Sustainability leader and champion. - maintaining statistical and financial records - creating maintenance procedures - Managing stocks of supplies and equipment. - ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation - Shift and 'on-call' work may be required, particularly where manufacturing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.

Senior Automation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Respect safety requirements in individual and group work - Activity participate in safety behaviors and planning (risk assessment) in planned and unplanned maintenance activities and MOC preparations if needed. - Extract and analysis automation data - Support corrective and preventive maintenance plans in automation and process control by evaluation, troubleshooting support and knowledge transfer to shop floor electricians. - Manage food safety calibration activities, software modification, backup and parameters registration &version control. - Manage software licenses and versions. - Train shift technician in automation - Support inventory requirement for automation and process control - Good experience in Sematic Manger step 7 (300&400) - Good experience in servo motor and servo motor drives - Good experience in Win CC and networking “profibus”
