• Job Details:o Follow up validation & verification of quality systems (HACCP – GMP – GHP– ISO22000). o Ensuring that all operators and personal associated with production and machines adhere quality standards and hygienic rules. o Ensure that QC system fundamentals are well comprehended by the Field Supervisors/ inspectors and monitor the on-time execution of inspections and tests to ensure that work is executed in accordance with required Quality standard. o Ensure the implementation of the Site Non-conformity Management Procedure and provide information, performance indicators and statistical data for management review. o Verify sanitation procedures through pre-operational inspection. o Coordinate and support problem solving activities (root cause analysis and corrective as well as preventive actions and analyst according to the approved OOS Standard Operating Procedures, before reporting. o Handles quality non conformances both internal NCR and external customer complain. o Ensuring that HACCP plans for the site are designed and operated to assure product safe product. o Implementing customer requirement and ensuring that they are met. o Follow up implementation and monitoring Integrated Pest Management programs. Report pest sightings trend periodically and collaborate with the Value Stream and Pest Control company for continuous improvement.

• Job Details:o Follow up validation & verification of quality systems (HACCP – GMP – GHP– ISO22000). o Implementing GMP audit at production and packing lines daily. o Verify process procedures to ensure compliance of finished product and raw material to establish specifications. o SOP'S AND operation PARAMETERS for every stage of manufacturing (receiving SOP + IPC + final product release). o Ensuring that all operators and personal associated with production and machines adhere quality standards and hygienic rules. o Ensuring that all material used accordance with company specification. o Ensuring that HACCP plans for the site are designed and operated to assure product safe product. o Implementing customer requirement and ensuring that they are met as well as their expectations. o Ensure that QC system fundamentals are well comprehended by the Field Supervisors/ inspectors and monitor the on-time execution of inspections and tests to ensure that work is executed in accordance with required Quality standard. o Coordinate and support problem solving activities (root cause analysis and corrective as well as preventive actions and analyst according to the approved OOS Standard Operating Procedures, before reporting.
