• Job Details:- Ensure the implementation of all Project Control Department procedures and manuals. - Review the project budget and the required resources to issue original budget in coordination with team members and related parties. - Ensure that the Project Cost Control staff reflects project change as required and issue the monthly current budget. - Review projects’ monthly cost report, highlight the critical issues and recommend actions as necessary. - Conduct ongoing review for projects’ cost plan and point out major deviations. - Review projects’ cash flow and prepare analysis report as required.

Senior cost control engineerFull Time

• Job Details:– Overlooks Overall Master Schedules, Integrating Revenues Plan / Forecast and Actual Figures. – Review and Coding Petty Cash, Review Purchase Requests, Review Purchase Orders, Review Subcontractors Contracts Request. – Assures To Stay Within the Project Each Item Cost Budget and Discusses Each Case with The Relevant PM Before Action. – Reports Deviations Recognized on The Budget, Prepares Recovery Plans and Seeks Management Approvals. – Follows Up on Cost Control Processing to Optimize the Cash Out and Report Budget Issues. – Updates The Budget, Margin & Invoices While Comparing Them with The Base Line. – Shares Knowledge from Lessons Learnt with All Team Members.
