• Job Details:- Responsible for producing monthly management accounts showing spend against budget. - Responsible for producing quarterly finance reports for CEO’s reports to commissioning bodies. - Responsible for completing year end accounts for accountant and liaising with accountant regarding audit. - Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings - Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take - Maintain the financial health of the organization. - Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. - Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. - Manage the preparation of the company’s budget. - Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company. - Monitor and Forecast daily, weekly & Monthly financing requirements. - Management of company Cash flow (daily – weekly – monthly plan ) - Monitor bank services fees and charges ( Dr&Cr Interest for MTL& Facilities – current accounts charges, wire transfers charges – all charges related to IBC's and Export and Import Lc's including negotiation for Lc's fees. Charges and discounting rate) - LC's negotiation & preparing documents ( Exports/Imports ) - LG's ( All procedures ) . - Manage Foreign Currencies required and price forecasting. - Communicate with Purchasing. Logistic & Sales Departments for supporting their financial planning needs. - Monthly financial closing - Supervision of accounts & controller. • Verify all entries ( receivable – bank ) • Monthly and Yearly P& L • Monthly and Yearly Balance Sheet • Daily & Monthly reports ( bank position – cost – C.O.G.S ) • Monthly bank reconciliation • Monthly sales tax report and reconciliation ** SAP B.1 Project manager
