• Job Details:• Ensure the handover to the Tenants is as per the Lease agreement. Handover allocated units to Tenants upon nominated access date. • Execute Tenant Coordination processes, procedures, and standards for management, quality, and efficiency in the tenant's design, construction, and life safety. • Coordinate all tenant preconstruction meetings and construction meetings. • Coordinate all tenant tie-ins to the landlord system. • Prepare the new project contract documents (Scope define, concept presentation, preliminary drawings, BOQ), & Prepare a coordination drawing, based on project drawings accurate with quality standards. • Assist in coordination with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Electro-mechanical, etc.…). • Participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction. • Assist in coordination with suppliers and fit-out contractors. & prepare a weekly progress report.

• Job Details:• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors • Making project Time schedule for every project using MS Project • Follow up during fit-out period and give assistance when needed • Making Quantity surveying and preparing Bill of Quantity for every project • Inspect all Fit-out process phases • Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise • Making Daily & Weekly site Reports
