• Job Details:Design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze and maintain the IT Infrastructure, Windows server administration, virtualization, performance tuning, backup, restore, Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Maintain documentation of client networks and systems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration(s). Create project plans, design, and implement solutions. Level 2 and Level 3 Support for problems identified with systems and network. Will act as an escalation for Level 1 and Level 2 Managed Services support technicians. Create, request, and present technical specifications and requirements for purchasing of new servers and networking equipment via quote procedure. Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed. Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install and patch management, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc. Managing IT technical team activities and performance including planning, analyze reports and recommendations for improvement of the company IT infrastructure to achieve business objectives. Configuring and Troubleshooting Interconnecting between Cisco Network Routers & Switches VLAN, Access List, WLAN. Supervise server’s side installation, administration and troubleshooting of 1- VMware Sphere 5.1 with live migration hosting more than 20 services 2- Microsoft services such as (Hyper V, Active Directory, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, SCCM 2007, SCOM 2007, TMG, ISA2006, Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2010, Clustering .etc.) 3- Symantec backup exec as backup solution, Kaspersky antivirus admin kit as antivirus solution, HP SAN storage. Supporting back office brokerage and financial systems (Trade net and BIMSI)
