• Job Details:• Package designer and website manager for the trendy destinations for ( UAE-EGY-SA) market. • Issuing the tickets from the Worldspan, Amadeus and Galileo. • Issuing ancillary travel services (baggage, seat selection). • Checking different PCCs/GDSs and saving lower booking classes, rebooking and changing the supplier to gain more profit. • Checking the social records to confirm the legitimacy of the customer if the payment transaction was captured neither by Riskified nor Forter. • Communicating with the payment processing companies to provide additional information to approve the declined transactions. • Booking manually all hotels/ car rentals/ transfers once the payment has been successfully processed, though the booking turned out non-confirmed. • Communicate with support team about pre-booking errors. • Processed order transactions and provided customers with detailed itineraries, tickets and receipts. • Responded to customer inquiries related to services or accommodations and promptly addressed issues or complaints. • Provided schedule, routing and fare information to assist customers with ticket purchases.
