Responsible for supervising all daily accounting operations related to suppliers’ accounts and their daily accounting transactions. • Handles all bank accounts, prepares bank transactions, and oversees G. L • Assist the monthly closing, profit & loss analysis, budget, and annual closing. Generates any required reports to the Top Management. • Handle and Prepare analysis for company accounts as requested and generate regular reports. • Coordinating with other departments, and outside suppliers when needed • Responsible for the fixed assets register At ERP System . • Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.

• Job Details:Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc. responsible for day to day finance and accounts operation. • Posting all Required Provisions every month. • Control, review and post all prepaid expenses. • Provides input to management for development/enhancement of operating policies and procedures. • Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries. • Resolve accounting discrepancies & verifies the appropriateness of the adjustments & the accounts involve. • Review all the G.L and cost center for the expenses before it has been posted. • Provide all required analysis for responsible accounts • Follow up the outgoing payments & ensure it is having been paid according to payment terms

Accounts Payable Accountant - Sap UserFull Time

• Job Details:Accounts Payable, includes processing invoices, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner, Oversee accounts payable, Vendor maintenance in (SAP ERP) • Review and process Invoices and check requests, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries, Oversee accounts payable • Carries responsibility for tax deduction from suppliers, Carries responsibility for monthly payable tax settlement. • Analyze expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on monthly basis.
