• Job Details:• Conducting annual risk assessment exercise to identify risks surrounding the company’s business and also to develop the internal audit plan. • Assisting the management to evaluate the effectiveness and design of the applied internal policies and procedures. • Prepare a detailed, comprehensive and deliberate study about the financial, technical & administrative risks which the company may be exposed to whether in Egypt or abroad and result in a significant financial losses or violation of the laws of the countries where these companies work. • Review and approve audit programs to evaluate methods of documentation, financial control, policies and procedures applied pursuant to the international & Local standards of internal auditing and getting them approved by the Chairman and CEO. • Determine the priorities of implementing the internal audit plan and programs, and notify the companies of the visitation time schedule at an adequate time before the visit. • Supervise the implementation of the approved internal audit programs; verify the accurate and proper application of the financial and administrative regulations, and the follow up of appropriate internal control systems pursuant to a determined time schedule in coordination with the audit departments in the subsidiary companies "if any". • Cooperates with the external auditor and provides him with the required data and documents, and coordinates with him to avoid contradiction.
