• Job Details:• Counsels internal business partners as a trusted advisor in legal matters within assigned area. • Identifies and analyzes legal risks and opportunities, and drives solutions. • Manages legal proceedings and claims by analyzing legal situation, gathering related legal data and setting up a salvation strategy. • Ensures effective legal control of agreements by reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements in assigned area. • Handle M&A transactions from the conduct of due diligence until closing. • Files reports on material legal risks and proceedings to meet relevant internal and external regulations and requirements. • Manages outside counsel when required.
