• Job Details:Responsibilities include: • Review and approve overhead charges to be applied to a project. • Review account totals related to project assets and expenses. • Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects. • Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project. • Determine and optimize all costs in the production process. • Coordinate with contractor’s team to advise on execution of the work. • Process request to inspect work forms and maintain record of status. • Make special notes and document contractors’ activities that may lead to claims. • Provide regular work status updates, including identified risks or concerns, to line manager. Key Projects include: • Giza Palace Hotel & SPA a 4-star hotel and mall in Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt owned by Travco .. The project covers the construction of Giza Palace Hotel & SPA covering a 33,412 sq.m built up area, including 13 buildings, residential apartments, 4 pool areas, parking, restaurants, and a shopping mall covering a 3,300 sq.m built up area.

• Job Details:• Maintain detailed diary of daily work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation labour and equipment used and sign at the end of each day • Following up with contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule. • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
