• Job Details:- Maintain and manage the availability of data center equipment to the highest standard level with suitable and acceptable condition. - Manage the adherence to safety security rules and regulations. - Handle the proper functioning, maintenance, repair, and efficiency of Electrical system, Mechanical systems, firefighting systems, physical security, and telecom systems. - Ensure that preventive maintenance activities are carried out as scheduled. - Ensure that new equipment is installed in proper locations in terms of power requirements and data cabling. - Monitor the supplies and materials required for maintenance and cleanness of data center to ensure their available whenever needed. - Ensure that proper log records for all activities performed in data center are kept and maintained up to date and apply logs changes as needed. - Ensure that the data center monitoring systems are continuously active and their data maintained and archived. - Ensure strict physical security for data center and ensure that all recorded surveillance camera files are maintained and properly backed up and stored. - Ensure that all the repairs and related maintenance activities for the assigned systems are performed as scheduled to maintain an up and running data center. - Monitor site scope and proper escalation in case of alerts as part of the 24/7 monitoring tasks for network equipment and systems. - Prepare Proper training presentation for team members. - Monitor and control Electrical, HVAC System, Firefighting System, CCTV System Using BMS system. - Attend Facility Periodic maintenance (Electrical Maintenance- HVAC Maintenance – Fire Fighting Maintenance- CCTV Maintenance). - To Provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible in their working patterns to support and maintain OLA`s & SLA`s. - Provide support and insight to superiors upon request.
