Senior Accountant

• Job Details:- Responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure that the company’s assets are adequately safeguarded and all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies (IFRS for SMEs & biggest ones). - Oversee the general accounting function, which includes intercompany accounting, cash management/reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting, balance sheet and income statement management. - Provide technical accounting guidance and support for all company transactions. - Responsible for proper timing and application of revenue recognition rules which must be applicable with IFRS. - Ensure that the ERP system continues to operate as required. Involved in validating/designing suggested changes to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met. - Coordinate work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records. Was further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings. - Understand responsibility centers and how to build COA accordingly. - Familiar with all kinds of taxes and social insurance laws and able to apply them to the company. - Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends, as directed by CFO. - Complete general ledger operations for monthly closings. - Prepare analysis of accounts as requested using SAP. - Review and process expense reports for each project comparing with the budget and analyzing deviations using SAP. - Preparing the actual, estimated and remaining cost report for each project using the percentage of completion method (POC report). - Preparing aging reports for all customers using SAP. - Preparing the current and expected cash flow report and determining the liquidity position for each project. - Preparing profitability reports for each project at the end of each financial period using SAP. - Control on inventory, matching book balance with actual balance and make inventory differences reconciliation on it.

General Accountant

• Job Details:- Preparation of sales invoices, entering customer payments, credit memos, and reviewing customer account statements using SAP system. - Recording purchase invoices for raw materials, spare parts and fixed assets using SAP. - Entering outgoing, incoming checks, following up their collection, and making the necessary reconciliations using SAP. - Entering cash receipts and payments on SAP and match balances with manual system. - Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable using SAP. - Monitor inventory, match book balance with actual balance and make inventory differences reconciliation using SAP. - Collate bank statements monthly using SAP. - Review and process expense reports for each cost center using SAP. - Reconcile bank accounts and clear any discrepancies in the balances by researching and analyzing the account information. - Post entries into SAP daily. - Prepare the monthly payroll entry for review by accounting manager. - Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis and year-end closings. - Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. - Provide support to safekeeping of internal expenses in company. - Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process. - Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
