• Job Details:MEP (Electrical and Control) Site Consulting Engineer for Tunnels Systems I have experience with : I have worked under the supervision of the engineering & consultant firm “CDM-Smith” in cooperation with ACE Cairo in the Electric Department with Eng. Peter Hausner as his Senior and Dr. Gerhard Weissbach as the Project Team Leader at Suez, Ahmed Hamdi 2 job site. I've held a position as "MEP Engineer" for five (5) years full-time for the three (3) tunnels that pass under the Suez Canal, two at Ismailia (Tahya Misr) and one at Suez, Ahamed Hamdy North. My responsibilities included the following: 1. Command & Control System (SCADA). 2. Traffic Control System (RADAR-VMS-MS-Traffic Light-Barriers-Emergency signs). 3. Network system (Fiber optic/UTP cables) 4. Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV). 5. Fire alarm systems (Tunnel & Building). 6. Emergency Calling System (ECS). 7. Wide Area Notification System (WAMN) 8. Very High Frequency system(Radio-GSM). 9. Access Control system. 10. Telephone system. 11. Supervision and Control of Mechanical systems (Drainage-Hydrant-Tunnels Ventilation-HVAC-Firefighting)
