• Job Details:Build & maintain the network, software and hardware in the Head Office and various project locations. ➢ Install computer equipment and its peripherals both for full network set- up and for end-user workstations. ➢ Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. ➢ Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement fixes. ➢ Handle user requests for software installation or setup, as well as diagnose all hardware issues and fix various difficulties via remote desktop sessions. ➢ Visiting projects periodically to ensure the required quality standards and meet the needs of employees regarding information technology. ➢ Evaluated existing IT processes and recommended changes for improved efficiency. ➢ Responsible for Purchasing the requested IT devices and checking the best specifications which is meet business requirements ➢ Managed the configuration and setup of extensions on IP phone systems, ensuring seamless communication across the organization. ➢ Effectively communicated and coordinated with operations managers and directors to streamline processes and achieve operational goals. ➢ Demonstrated professionalism in handling complex issues and facilitating decision-making processes.
