• Job Details:• Data entry. • Stocktaking monthly and Yearly. • Pricing items in the vendor invoice for costing. • Coding the new items and avoiding the duplication. • Monitoring for the minimum demand in the stock. • Pricing the goods entering the stock. • Monitoring returns of raw materials and production requirements from the factory and from the suppliers • Monitoring the input and the output of the finished goods + the returns production by its classification • Collection from local and foreign customers. • Collecting costumers' cash and checks from central branches. • General knowledge in trade finance LG( Letter of guarantee ) ,LC ( letter of credit ) &Form (4) • Issuing export Invoices. • Account statements for all the export customers. • Agency coding by region. • Prepare weekly report for sales department. • Checking and equalizing the monthly balances of the customers at the end of the year with the GL (General Ledger). • Prepare monthly transactions for the sales volume. • Prepare the transactions for revaluation of foreign currencies at the end of the year.
