• Job Details:- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs. -Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively -Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy -Prepare work schedules and workload statistics; maintain an appropriate staffing level to ensure that the service and responsibilities of the department are provided in a timely and quality manner. -Maintain Records ,Perform Preventative Maintenance ,Control Inventory ,Supervise Team - Prepare cost estimate (preliminary ) and get approval from Management then make sure to follow the same - Prepare BOQ for all material required and prepare the required Material . - Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to management as requested - ensure work equipment is functioning properly and is in compliance with safety standards by performing scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.
