• Job Details:Develop annual training plans and support conducting career development workshops and training sessions.  Conduct training needs assessment and according to the student's needs and market trends.  Manage and supervise the implementation of the different training programs.  Develop, Supervise, and maintain existing and new corporate partners in training delivery.  Conduct resume critique, SOP, Motivational letters and Mock Interviews to undergraduate and graduate students, and alumni.  Collect, and coordinate relevant training opportunities, innovative competitions, hackathons and scientific conferences and share them with students with following up on their enrollment thereto.  Deliver group career planning sessions for students to raise their capacities to achieve their career goals and objectives.  Deliver One-to-One Career Advising & Coaching for students and alumni.  Support ZC students and alumni in enhancing their skills & capabilities.  Plan and organize different types of career events and technical trainings.  Develop, and supervise different technical competitions from new & existing ZC partners and follow up on student enrollment, progress, and achievements.  Represent CATS office in external partners’ events “Career events, training sessions, conferences and summits.”  Oversee and Plan different career events, Career Fairs, Coaching Vitamin Sessions, Guest sessions and participation in external events.  Collect, and coordinate relevant internships from ZC professors and supervise student enrollment.  Report Internship progress & graduates progress annually.

Senior Learning and Development SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Work on the strategic development plan of the professional development team - Provide corporate training programs to external organizations and universities - Mentor the professional development team and guide them through training sessions to ensure that they are meeting the needed requirements upon the department’s vision - Design and provide training proposals to different clients and external organizations - Handle the designing process of soft skills training programs curriculum and facilitate the training events in different fields as well as the effective training materials utilizing a variety of media - Conduct all needed soft skills training sessions to different staff levels, e.g.: Emotional Intelligence skills, Leadership skills and Time Management skills …. etc. - Responsible for the medical certificate "Basic Life Support & Pediatric Advanced Life support". - Set training Strategies, monitoring process and all the training needs assessments for all departments. - Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results - Develop and manage all internal training programs to all employees in different departments - Develop and maintain organizational communications to ensure employees have the needed information of the training and development events and resources - Coach personals on their capabilities and social life needs - Develop engagement and motivational activities for the employees - Set the criteria of KPIs for the Learning & Development department
