• Job Details:Sales & Marketing Support: Monitor marketing activities for all Samsung products, ensuring accurate and effective implementation of on-ground campaigns. Contribute to workflow efficiency improvements by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions to minimize errors. Manage and analyze sales deductions, including claim validation, deduction tracking, and collaboration with sales and accounts receivable teams for prompt resolution. Review and verify payment requests and supplier invoices to ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual agreements. Validate supporting documentation and financial evidence, ensuring all requirements are met before payment approval and release. Accounting: Managed electronic invoicing using the e-invoice portal. Posting the invoices into the SAP. Applying the withholding tax (WHT) on payable invoices in line with regulatory requirements. Posting collection in customer account and clearing the overdue invoices. Gained knowledge of bank letters of guarantee and their application in financial operations. Reviewing and validating claims to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Offsetting due to and due from customer and intercompany.

• Job Details:Exposed to the sales and marketing teams and involved in the daily tasks. Monitoring daily sales by store level and market share against the competitor. Conducting market and store on ground visits. Determining the most suitable products to display in stores based on the retail mapping and the sales characteristics of each store. Following up and monitoring all sales accounts including direct and indirect on all sales stages/levels from direct sales till end-user purchase. Tracking price lists. Checking models availability & stock.
