• Job Details:Loss prevention Supervisor at Coup fashion and lifestyle brand. 1- Responsible for limiting and reducing risks of loss due to errors, fraud, cash theft, stock shortages, or technology misuse for 38 stores allover Egypt. 2- Conduct loss prevention investigations and assignments. 3- Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could minimise the financial losses related to theft and discrepancy. 4- Review invoices and returns. 5- Ensuring the sales procedures in stores follow internal policies and regulatory standards. 6- Guiding the stores' staff to the company's policies and safety regulations. 7- Identifying safety concerns and security risks like buildings, equipment, or access points to maintain a safe shopping and working environment. 8- Participating with the Legal department in investigations of employees that are suspected of committing thefts or fraud at stores.
