SAP Procurement ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:Receive bidding projects from the procurement manager then prepare annual quantity, materials specifications, suppliers list and request for proposal documents for each project. Explore the market to prepare vendors list for each project using Ariba discovery or internet search then communicate with them to confirm their ability to supply required materials or services. Create SAP-Ariba bidding event which include the scope of work for each project and invite all vendors to participate and post their proposal. Prepare price comparison sheets then create SAP-Ariba Auction notifying all vendors with auction time and date beforehand, also send PDF training documents to avoid any delay during the auction. Create SAP agreement with the winner vendor who can provide best price with accepted quality to maintain these prices for a year or more. Receive purchase requests from planning department & create SAP purchase orders based on needed qty, delivery date, approved payment terms, delivery terms & current price agreements. Update tracker sheet for all open projects or open purchase orders to be able to follow up till making the agreement or till receive needed materials from the supplier. Handle SAP vendor master requests which include vendors, employees and intercompany creation or any needed change. After receiving vendor master request form, I should make all needed pre-checks like duplicate check, vendor authentication, OCR check, USPS check and bank Authentication to avoid any financial problem with any vendor later or any system mistake. Update vendor master tracker sheet with all creations or changes done.

Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Receive sales plan and analyze it to issue all purchase requests regarding product bills of material making sure that it conforms with company policy then forward it to purchasing team. Follow up purchasing team processes starting from requests for quotations, negotiations, price comparisons, freight quotations, needed documents from suppliers and forwarders (in case of import) to make sure that orders will be delivered in full on time. Coordinate tasks with other departments (sales, finance, clearance, inventory, QC, and production). Work closely with the new junior employees until making sure of their ability to work as per department's SOP & company policy also follow up their daily duties. Prepare the PRD (performance review and development) each year with purchasing department and provide plans which help us to achieve it then evaluate each employee at end of the year based on his achievements on the PRD.

Senior Procurement, Logistics and Foreign Purchasing SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Receive the purchase request from the Planning Department and ensure its compliance with the company policy then start negotiating prices with suppliers and request for quotations. Issue purchasing orders as requested ensuring delivery of the required quantities in full on time. Prepare freight quotation comparison to reach the most cost-effective offer and way of shipping. Communicate and provide the shipping documents to the Clearance department on time. Follow the inspection and adding notes after materials arrival then proceed with supplier payment. Make reports about expected needed currency, cost saving, alternative materials, suppliers’ evaluations and provided samples for Research and Development Department every quarter.
