• Job Details:1. Manage development schedule for new models &local items (model request, ROI, molds/tools/material preparation, local vendors sourcing, DV/PV/Pre-MP production, parts approval, product approval, ...etc) 2. Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) & engineering change orders (ECO). 3. Support and control local suppliers (injection, press, ALDC, spray, print, EPS) and transfer to them the knowledge gained through business trips & overseas suppliers visit. 4. Fully control mold modification process through all steps (analyze issue, determine modification point, apply modifications to the 3D model, apply modifications to mold 3D model, determine & follow modification process with local vendor). 5. Calculate cost table for all local items and calculate ROI for the new projects. 6. Make troubleshooting for production issues by studying, analyzing &applying countermeasure for the problems. 7. Set up new tools &molds, prepare first trial shot report for all molds. 8. Prepare new models working instruction, drawings (3D/2D) and technical data sheets for related departments.

• Job Details:1. Preparing standards, schedules and supervise mechanical maintenance, Carrying out a range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials 2. Oversee daily operations, set-ups, troubleshooting and PMs of the Injection / Press molding machines. 3. Analyzing design change requests to meet part requirements with the highest efficiency rate. 4. Setup new mold, inspect products to ensure mold efficiency or detect problems in order to secure quality products 5. Supervising, monitoring and inspecting mechanical equipment 6. Determining efficient utilization of resources by analyzing layouts, labor force, equipment 7. Recommending and improving manufacturing processes and methods for cost reduction, (Process Control and Asset Management)
