Production Manager NurseryFull Time

• Job Details:Production to deliver on budget on quantity and quality of 20 million plants to King Salman Park. Oversee production of 650 species plants of ground covers, shrubs and trees of exotic and indigenous nature. Plan and manage production team of engineers, supervisors, foremen, and production team of 250 workers. Adhere to the guidelines set by consultant WSP, KSP and PARSONS. Responsible for all production work. Oversee Propagation Nursery with automatic seeding and repotting machines. Overseeing plant protection and chemical use. Overseeing irrigation and fertigation to the optimal efficiency as per plan. Ensure all species are labeled and counted. Employee discipline and productivity. Formulate standard operation systems for soil mix, planting, cutting, seeds, propagation hall, hardening, transport and logistics. Responsible for stock inventory management. Ensure plants on input received are of the best quality and quantity. Protect the interests of the clients, Consultant (WSP), Designer, NCC￾Nabatat Contracting Company). Ensure all PPE are used in the right way. Ensure that targets are achieved in effective way and best standards. Ensure the following activities are carried to the highest Standards: Receiving; Planting; Irrigation; Potting; Repotting; Sprays; Misting; Hardening; Hydration; Dispatch. Keep a clean working environment. Liaise with quality control team on regarding to quality and quantity. Responsible for stock management.

Agricultural EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities. Production to deliver on budget quantity and quantity of Olives, Greenhouse Tomatoes, Citruses, Palm dates, Mangoes, Cupsicum, Cucumber and Figs. Greenhouse and hydroponics production of tomatoes. Commercial poultry production- Broiler chicken. Coordinate and oversee tasks done by farm workers, while respecting time frames established by adhering to best agriculture practices. Production techniques planting, pruning, thinning, spraying, mowing, harvesting, packing and processing. Ensure that land preparation, planting, crop husbandry activities and harvesting is done to high standard. Oversee irrigation and fertilizer application. Oversee pests and diseases management and all chemical use. Post-harvest processing grading, storage and packaging for sales. Dispatching orders. Labour management and work allocations. Ensure all staff and visitors adhere to all health and safety SOPs Responsible for stock inventory management. Prepare and maintaining proper farm records and accounts. Hiring and training of the workers. Production planning and budgeting. PPE management and replacement. Updating the records daily and presenting it to the production manager and directors. Achievements: Delivered all KPIs and managed efficiently to deliver within budget. Increasing productivity and efficiency.
