Managing payment transactions, providing correct change, and processing credit card payments accurately. Handling customer complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Assisting with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and setting up dining areas.

Accurately take food and drink orders from customers, ensuring special requests are noted.
