Offshore Logistics, Materials HSSE CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:• Planned, organized and managed all intra-field movements to and fro the flotel vessel ,FPSO and other support vessels. • Oversaw the day-to-day logistics operations (including support vessels and helicopters) for the flotel and assisted the Marine Operations Manager with administration of all Logistical and HSSE procedures • Operated the PTS system, and acted as focal point for helicopter pilots and support vessel masters • Preparation of Logistics plans to support all relevant operations within the Field. • Reported all unsafe actions to the management & followed up on corrective actions until closure • Monitored all lifting operations onboard to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently • Responsible for the Safety Inductions, Catering, accommodations and POB assignment to life boats • Conducted daily coordination meetings with all parties accommodated or stationed onboard the flotel • Carried out regular safety drills. • Coordinates the interface between Logistics functions such as procurement, transportation and warehousing to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities and schedules are met and communicated to management. • Ensured that the stock of A1 jet fuel, marine gas oil and fresh water is optimal to avoid any shortages. • Ensure/verify that CONTRACTOR and SUB-CONTRACTORS constantly meet the objectives and Standards set by Total in relation to their management of COMPANY equipment, tools and spares. • Maintain a proactive HSSE attitude in all working areas in line with COMPANY published standards (Wear adequate PPE, volunteer for CONTRACTOR and SUB-CONTRACTORS facilities safety tours and meetings, stop and report anyone caught performing an unsafe act and comply with COMPANY requirements in terms of HSE training. • Promote any Safety Bulletins issued from with TOTAL Group for awareness within contractor organization. • Track shipments from issuance of purchase order to delivery and to final destination. • Contact service providers, contractors and end users to resolve order and shipment discrepancies. • Update data base and other reporting tools to maintain visibility of shipment status. • Track and monitor priority request, verify packing lists and other documentation involving materials received from supplies for delivery to drilling fields. • Maintenance of equipments inventory. • Comply with all applicable company directives, HSSE policies and procedures.
