• Job Details:I Work now as coordinator in logistics section . Following up the shipment process from(-receiving shipment instruction from the shipper including quantity &prices; and I send the instruction to shipping agent then I receive the draft of bill of lading then I check on the ,weight of goods, the number of containers , the date of issue &send; confirmation to issue the original B/L Send to insurance company to issue insurance policy related to the bill of lading Preparing shipping documentation & communicate with shipping agent to release goods on time to avoid demurrage penalties storage . Following up the arrival of goods to the factory to compare with the required and received quantity Handling all shipping tasksWorked as assistant - Requirements manager and I have good experience in dealing with vendors and any thing concerning cars production ,ckd, and assembly Handling mailing and dealing with companies Very good commend of excel concerning secretary
